Express Dental Emergency Services wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, captions or voice control. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the standard most widely used to measure web accessibility.
1. Where we stand
This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. That means most of the site meets the standard, and we are still working on the parts that do not. We would rather tell you that plainly than claim more than we can show.
2. What we do
- Pages can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline
- Meaningful images have text alternatives
- Headings and page regions are marked up so screen readers can move through them
- Form fields carry labels that assistive technology can read
- Text and controls are checked for color contrast
- Animation respects the reduced motion setting on your device
- Text can be enlarged to 200 percent without losing content
- New pages are reviewed for accessibility before they are published
3. Known limitations
Some content may not yet be fully accessible. This most often involves scheduling, payment or patient portal tools provided by other companies, which we do not control, and older documents or images that have not yet been reviewed. When we learn of a barrier we work to fix it or to offer the same information another way.
4. Tell us about a barrier
If you run into a problem, contact us at 443-708-3232 during office hours (Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4pm), or visit us at 1111 Park Avenue, Suite L-109, Baltimore. Please tell us the page address and what happened, and how you would like us to reply. We aim to respond within two business days.
5. Other ways to reach us
If any part of this website does not work for you, we will help you get the same information or complete the same task another way, for example by email or by phone, at no extra cost.
6. Review
We review this statement when the website changes and at least once a year. It was last reviewed on October 5, 2026.
7. In the office
If you need an accommodation for your visit, such as help with forms, a sign language interpreter or extra time, please tell us when you call to book so we can arrange it.
